Manchester City Football Club prides itself on being inclusive and working with all its supporters. We offer a variety of reasonable adjustments based on an individual's needs, not their disability.
Ambulant supporters can sit anywhere in the stadium with their personal assistant (subject to qualification and requirement) to enjoy the game, from any seat they choose.
Wheelchair bays are available across the stadium. If in the relocation period you wish to move to Premium Seats, there are a number of wheelchair bays available in both the Colin Bell Stand and East Stand Level 2. Please note: personal assistant seats are not always immediately adjacent to the wheelchair bay due to some stadium seating constraints.
Where the need for personal assistance has been identified, the personal assistant (who is responsible for your care), is admitted free of charge, where the supporter is aged 14 or over. Supporters under 14 years of age are not allowed to enter the stadium without a qualifying adult (age 18 years and over). As a result, supporters who are under 14 years of age who attend with their parent/guardian are required to pay the prevailing rate for both their seats.
Q: Am I Guaranteed a seasoncard for next season?
A: Even if offered the opportunity to buy, you are not guaranteed a Seasoncard as it is subject to availability and we may sell out prior to you completing your transaction. Upon purchasing a place on the Seasoncard Waiting List you were allocated a number (eg. place in the queue). Supporters with the lowest Waiting List numbers will be grouped together (in chronological order) and offered the opportunity to purchase first.
All supporters on the Seasoncard Waiting List will be advised by email of their exclusive sales window, should they be offered the opportunity to buy. However there is no guarantee that Seasoncards will be made available to all supporters on the Waiting List.
Q: Will I be able to buy a seasoncard in my prefered price band?
A: If we cannot offer you a Seasoncard in your preferred price band, and you decline any alternatives offered, you can either remain on the Seasoncard Waiting List to be offered the opportunity to purchase for season 2017/18 or request a refund of the deposit you have paid.
Q: Our waiting list numbers are not chronological; can we buy at the same time?
A: Supporters that wish to sit together will need to wait until the lowest numbered supporter on the Waiting List is offered the opportunity to purchase. For example, supporters whose numbers are 10, 87 and 209 on the Waiting List, will need to wait until the supporter who is number 209 is offered the opportunity to purchase.
We cannot guarantee that all supporters on the Waiting List will be offered the opportunity to purchase within the same season. The decision of when to purchase lies solely with the supporter, and if you decide to wait for supporters positioned lower down the Waiting List, you may lose the opportunity to purchase completely.
Q: I have friends and family who are seasoncard holders. If I am successful in buying a seasoncard, can I sit next to them?
A: Every effort will be made to ensure that groups of supporters are sat together. Available seats cannot be held for supporters on the Waiting List and no seat is guaranteed. We advise that at the time you are offered the opportunity to buy your Seasoncard, you check availability in the block of the supporter you would like to sit next to. If there is no availability in their block, we would advise you to purchase a Seasoncard seat in your preferred location to ensure that you do not miss out.
Once your seat is secured, you should then contact Supporter Services by calling +44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 1, Option 1) or in person at the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office where a Service Advisor will be happy to assist relocating your seat and those of your friends and family members, subject to availability. It is important that all juniors (under 16) sit next to an adult (over 18) - please contact the Supporter Services Team should you need assistance to secure seats together.
Q: How can I pay for my 2016/17 Seasoncard?
A: You can pay with all major debit and credit cards and we do not charge a fee for using these. You can also pay by cash, though we do not accept postal applications. In addition, we offer the facility for supporters to pay for their Seasoncards by Direct Debit. No interest, no administration charge, no fuss, no problem. Plus for season 2016/17 you can spread your Direct Debit payments over 10 months to make paying for your Seasoncard more affordable and convenient.
Q: What is the qualifying criteria for the family stand?
A: The ratio of children to adults is 1:3. That is one child (under 16) accompanied by up to three adults. This ensures that we retain the integrity of the Family Stand and that those within it can enjoy the facilities and entertainment in a safe and secure family atmosphere.
Q: Do we have a singing section?
A: Yes. This is located in the South Stand in Block 111, part of Block 114, and Blocks 115 to 119. In the relocation window you should move to a seat in these areas if you wish to be a part of the Singing Section.
Q: As a disabled supporter, when do I need to provide proof of disability?
A: We will be asking all supporters to provide their proof of disability for the 2016/17 season in the coming weeks. This will not prevent you from buying a Seasoncard, but failure to provide this proof may result in the Club retaining your 2016/17 Seasoncard until such time as it is received. Should you have any questions, please call the Disabled Ticket Line on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 1). Please remember that disabled supporters cannot relocate or purchase online.
